Apartment Rentals in Rio also offers a comprehensive V.I.P package that is tailor made to suit your individual requirements, for discerning clients. From the moment you arrive, till the second you leave, we will be working tirelessly, so that you don’t have to. We will collect you from the airport and transfer you to your luxury apartment, either with a bodyguard (if you have specifically requested this service) or by chauffeur driven luxury car. As you would expect, our chauffeur service will be at your disposable twenty four hours a day.

In addition to the chauffeur, a member of staff will be assigned to yourself and be available to deal with any query or problem twenty four hours a day. If for example you lose your keys and cannot enter your apartment, or you run out of money, just telephone your representative and they will deal with the issue on your behalf. Complimentary use of our internet and fax facilities in our state of the art internet café are also included in the package, available during office hours, however we work long hours! As to further enhance your Rio experience, a professional tour guide will also be made available to accompany you at all times. We guarantee that by having a Carioca (Rio local) by your side, you will have access to a totally different Rio then your typical tourist.

An additional benefit of our VIP package is our concierge service. There is nearly always a concert, festival or match in Rio in which stars of international and national renown will be performing, and chances are that whilst you are here you would like to catch a show. However in most circumstances tickets would have been sold out months in advance. If that is the case, our concierge will use his extensive contacts to accommodate you and your guest. If he cannot get the ticket for you at the price you want, no-one can!

Once you have exhausted all that Rio has to offer (highly unlikely!!) or attempted too, it is worth noting that our VIP service is not just limited to the confines of Rio. If, as most guests do, you decide to travel to other parts of Brazil, we can arrange your itinerary for you, leaving you with more time to enjoy yourself. We can arrange private helicopter flights to other States for you, or if you prefer flying conventionally in a commercial airplane we can book the seats too. In conjunction with our affiliated partners we can locate suitable accommodation for you at a moments notice anywhere in Brazil (please note however this does not apply to the periods during carnival and new year, but we will endeavor to do our best). Unlike any of our competitors, we can still provide a twenty four bi-lingual guide for these inter-state excursions.
